The Corporate Training Section of PASONA HR Solution offers a blend of services to the corporate market, including Business English, Business Skills and Intercultural Communication courses.

Our main recruiting purpose is to find and hire trainers who can effectively teach our Business Language Training courses. Typically these courses are designed to improve the confidence and skills of the participants, enabling them to communicate in an English-speaking business environment.

We pride ourselves on being very market sensitive and are constantly reacting to the needs of the market and our specific clients to provide the highest quality training. To enable us to successfully do this, we require potential candidates who meet all or most of the following criteria:

University degree
Minimum of 2 years corporate/business training experience.
Minimum of 2 years work experience, especially within the corporate environment.
Certified teaching qualifications such as TEFL, TESOL, and RSA, etc.
Experience teaching presentations, business writing, negotiations and meetings skills are advantageous.
