This semester we are going to explore regionally important, but often overlooked grape varieties and wines of the World.
While using the WSET Level 2 SAT, we will compare wines from different regions, made from the same grape variety, to discover their different style and we will also delve into minor sparkling and sweet wines. The main focus will be on Italy, but each lesson will feature wines from other Countries as well.
This course will adopt an approach similar to the WSET Level 2 course, but it is open to students at any level of knowledge.
