This Spirits Seminar we be focus on the theory for Unit4. We will do a quick, 3-spirit tasting and then ask students to read out their notes so he can gauge the level of the notes. At the end of this seminar you will have a very good idea and framework for writing theory required to pass the exam. Don't miss this opportunity.

Michael Palij MW
Michael Palij is an adventurer, businessman, and one of only 313 Masters of Wine worldwide. A Canadian, Michael emigrated to the UK in 1989 and has worked in the wine trade ever since. He passed the Master of Wine examination in 1995 and is now a leading authority on the wines of Italy. Michael lectures around the world but is also an importer, consultant, writer and an accomplished sailor and mountaineer. Michael's publisher is Dorling Kindersley. He lives in Oxfordshire.
